Proposal Details

This is only available to faculty and staff members at Fort Lewis College.

Subscriptions can include access to paid versions of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), AI development software, API credits, and more niche/industry-specific AI solutions.

An initial two-month subscription will be provided. At the end of the two months, a short summary (1-2 pages) will need to be completed, including a description of specific application areas. If the team or individual wants to extend their subscription, they must submit a Teaching with AI or a Full Project Proposal.

The maximum funding amount is $300 and will only be available until our allocated pool of funding for subscription is exhausted.

‍June 15th, 2025 is the last date to request subscriptions as part of the 24-25 program

The application process involves several steps:

‍Initial Application: Interested individuals and teams submit an initial application via this Typeform.
‍
‍Review and Selection: A selection committee reviews the applications based on the program's evaluation criteria.

‍Virtual Interviews (full project proposals only): Candidates/teams are invited for 30-minute Zoom or MS Teams interviews to discuss their projects in more detail and address questions from the selection committee.

‍Final Selection: Successful candidates are notified of their acceptance into the program and provided with further instructions on how to get started.
